I've known Dr Matsuno for years. We worked for the same Medical Group. She has been my optometrist ever since. She has shown me nothing but top notch care and professionalism. I'd recommend her highly.

Horrible incompetent staff. Today for the SECOND time, now at two separate optical locations, I was told that my original bifocals, which I had made at THIS location , were not done correctly AT this location. I took the bifocal glasses back to this location right after I receive the glasses to let them know that my bifocals were not right. That the line on the glasses was wrong. I was told "the glasses are for distance, the bottom for reading!! No kidding but if the reading line is not in the correct place, you can't read with the bifocals!!!!Also Dr Lori Matsuno could use some classes in customer service. I would not recommend this location at all!!! Go somewhere else!!

Very rude office is not in sync with eachother.Their policy changed and failed to let clients know of such changes resulting in cancelation of appointments that were set months in advance. When asked why they simply said "we didnt have time to let all employees know of these changes" How do new policies go into effect and your own employees don't know of them and then cancel clients appointments? Have some consideration for clients as you expect us to have consideration for you through this pandemic. The policies are fine to be changed and most clients like my self would not mind going and doing the covid testing or getting the vaccine. Take into consideration policy change Sep 1,2021 and you guys are letting clients know as of Sep 7,2021 and cancelation of the appointments of that week seem unfair? Covid testing and vaccines are made by appointments. So how do expect us to have results or a vaccine in 2 days. Just very unfortunate that you guys don't value your clients or respect your clients well enough to have them informed.
