He explained the problem, cleaned out various things on the washer itself, showed me the broken part, gave a price to complete the repair and gave some do/don't suggestions which I appreciate.

5 Stars is not enough for this company and especially for Aleksandr. He is a true gem of a person. Honest, hardworking and knows what he's doing. He fixed our oven, which had a gas leak by custom making a part in a very timely and affordable fashion. He even called a few days later to check everything was working properly. It's hard to find this kind of service today. Thank you!
