I’ve had a great experience with SoCalAir for a few of my rental properties. Since I don’t live in the area, it’s incredibly convenient that they respond promptly whenever I text about an issue. They arrive on time for appointments, complete the work efficiently, and send the bill shortly after. The whole process is smooth and hassle-free. So Cal Air took the time to troubleshoot and fix a wiring/panel problem the same day I called. They made sure the problem was fully repaired and explained every step of the way. I appreciate their quickness and patience with a very old house during the heatwave we're having. Not only were they ahead of schedule, they were friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and the price was very fair.
Menooa did a great job! My air conditioner was giving me warnings and not cooling like it should. Turns out all I need was a little maintenance and a new filter. He charged me less than he quoted too! I will definitely call him again!
