This review is specifically for the brow bar in sephora. Denise was the person doing my brows and she is the bestest. So detail oriented and nice. She took the time to do my brows and they came out the way i wanted them to be so natural and awesome!
Loreta is amazing. She's so patient and did everything she can to help me with an exchange. The other lady Aurora is pretty standoffish and comes off strong but Loretta took over and kindly assisted me step by step and helped me pick out a few things-- I'd come back just for her service!!
**ONLINE Order REVIEW** Right before COVID I treated myself to my favorite perfume. After Covid, it was delivered and A porch pirate stole my package from work. Devastated, I drank 2 bottles of wine and thought about my options. Should I continue life with my second favorite perfumes and pretend TOCCA Florence never existed?? Should I try and make my own perfume and possibly blow up my apartment like a hill billy meth lab? I felt guilty ordering it again because financially I felt mqde no sense with so many people struggling to buy food right now, let alone perfume. I figured I would call customer service and let them know; maybe they could give me a discount or something? High end brands rarely replace. Sure enough, they RESENT my perfume! This time I had it shipped to my residence that has security and cameras all over. Nobody was stealing my sh*t again. Good news during this hard time. Ilove to experience great customer service and I promise to be a repeat customer. Looking forward to putting on my perfume during my virtual zoom parties this weekend.
