Nordstrom at the Americana in Glendale, CA is an enormous, 3-floor, store. There is an e bar cafe located near the main front entrance. Men’s shoes and apparel is on the 3rd floor.

Stephanie from the lingerie department provided exceptional assistance. Despite my initial stress, her patience and expertise transformed what could have been a daunting shopping ordeal into a pleasant experience.

I bought a dress here once and you know what I like that they have a tailor that I didn't know they had. If the dress is too long it doesn't fit you ,They'll cut it for you. You go there, you try it on and if it doesn't fit the guy will measure you and they'll cut the dress for you. And that's pretty cool. I don't know if any other store has that but this one does and I like that. And even if you buy the dress on their website, they can still cut it for you.
