Technician was a great guy. He diagnosed the problem and let me know what had happen. I was a little disappointed when I had to clean out the water out of my tray in my attic. The technician did not have a tube to siphon the excess water or a shop vac. I had to haul my own shop vac up my attic and vacuum up the overflow of water out of my tray myself. I am not sure if that was supposed to be in the service or not. It was almost 5 gallons however, the problem was repaired and I am happy plus I learned about my system.
