Natalie is genuinely the best nurse I’ve ever had. I couldnt recommend her more. She is the sweetest, most comforting, and understanding nurse I have ever encountered. She made my experience so enjoyable and honestly made my whole day better. 10000/10. Please give her a raise shes amazing.
I booked a full body laser hair removal and the employee who did the service for me, Lana, was amazing. She was very good at the treatment itself and she was also very understanding and knowledgeable about the laser hair removal process. I had a lot of questions for which she all had answers. Overall, it was a very nice experience and I would love to book again with her. :)
Great experience from start to finish! Everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Laura and Rouzanna have been amazing throughout my laser hair removal treatments. I started seeing results after my very first session, and now that I'm almost finished with my treatment plan, I couldn't be happier with the outcome.
They always make me feel comfortable and answer any questions I have. I have no complaints and would highly recommend Prolase to anyone considering laser hair removal. The results have exceeded my expectations!
