“This has been my favorite clinic for the last 30 years with amazing staff.Dr.Ara Arapetian is so knowledgeable and nice with outstanding bed maneryzm. Medical assistance, nurses,front desk superb.The clinic is well organized, clean, and full of resources available to patients.Because of this clinic and Dr. Ara Arapetian, my husband is still alive after traumatic brain injury and maligned blood pressure.All because of the watchful eye and professional help of Dr. Ara.I highly recommend this establishment as well as the pharmacy that is located at the main entrance.It's the Urgent Care Pharmacy.Family business and incredible services.Togheder with the clinic , Dr. Arapetian they all became my second family that I can always count on.“

“This is one of the greatest places in the world. The staff are super friendly and even if you don’t have insurance it can cost 60-100 to see a doctor. A doctor who will take their time and do tests and give you all the options.Good luck at an ER, waiting with 100s of sick kids and overworked underpaid doctors and staff that seem repulsed just by looking at you.Not this place. This is amazing.My son decided to play chicken with a park bench and lost. We came in without an appt and were seen within 10 minutes. Doctor threw in a couple of staples and my son was good as new. Week later they pulled the stitches at no extra cost.This is one of the best places. Highly recommend.“

They helped me get a referral for my daughter and were never rude. I finally found a place I feel comfortable taking my daughter to. The office/waiting rooms are clean and nice. “I have been with Via care East Los Angeles since 2016 and have received quality , professional and courteous service. I do however want to recognize a specific person who definitely stands out. her name is Rebecca and she is currently located at the 280 S Atlantic Blvd. site. She is my Medical case worker. Ms. Rebecca and have gotten to know each other very well as she has been in my life professional for almost 2 years. When I need a medically related service she is always attentive and responsive with solutions and a positive and professional response. Ms. Rebecca was very helpful during my past experience of being homeless and living between shelters and the streets, providing me with food items which were non perishable, gift cards to purchase personal needs and hygiene kits. THANK YOU MS. REBECCA for continuously treating me with care, kindness and support. I am eternally grateful. I no longer live I the streets and have a place to call home .Ms. Rebecca continues to be supportive in the form of transportation assistance to my doctor appts, assistance with making my dr. appts, and researching additional services I need when given referrals for specialty care. Finally i truly appreciate her follow ups and concerns when I am not feeling well. Through all my hospitalizations, covid and surgeries she took the time to check in on me.
