I became a customer in 2006 when I started working close by in the Kenneth Village. Even though my business moved to a different location in 2012, I still go out of my way to go to Palace Cleaners for all of my dry-cleaning and alteration needs. Sunni is an amazing seamstress!! I'm short, so Sunni has hemmed many pants and jeans for me. She has also worked on alterations on dresses, skirts and blouses. Sunni is a perfectionist and takes her time to mark the clothing properly. I love how honest she is - I've taken a few items to be fixed but she will let me know if it's not worth it. Sunni really is the best and it shows in her work! I also had my wedding dress and slip dry-cleaned and preserved here. I had red wine stains on the bottom of my slip and they were totally gone! I was so surprised and very happy with the results. I know this might not be realistic all of the time in regards to stains, but I'm thankful it worked without any damage to the dress in the process. I highly recommend Palace Cleaners!
