Dr. Salem is the most extraordinary doctor and person to our whole family! He helped us finally have our daughter, he was kind, listened and most importantly he got results that no other doctor did. I had been to 3 other doctors and had 5 rounds of IVF over years before going to Dr. Salem. In our first meeting her understood my situation better than the other doctors who had seen me for years. He came up with a plan that was different medications than I had taken. We got the best results in our first retrieval and he advised me do a small procedure/test before the transfer. I was hesitant but he listened to my concerns and took time to convince me it was wort it, I’m so glad he did, our first transfer resulted in our daughter. He took care of me for the first 12 weeks of pregnancy and I only wish he would have been my OB he whole time. He is one of kind, and I can’t recommend him enough. Especially if you have been through it before and are not seeing results-change your doctor to Dr. Salem. There were a few times I saw his daughter too, she was amazing, very kind and very smart, she saw me for a few visits and helped me a lot! I would listen to his experience and advise always and only wish I went to him sooner. He was the Doctor of my husbands co worker who also had great results with him. Also his clinic was very competitive price wise and helped to make sure we got the most out of our genetic testing costs, the other clinics did not! Our daughter is 4 months old and I think of Dr. Salem every day and bless him ❤

I cannot say enough good things about this fertility clinic. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were met with kindness, professionalism, and an unwavering sense of hope. Every member of the staff -- from the front desk team to the coordinators, and doctors -- went above and beyond to make us feel seen, heard, and cared for. Letty handled our finances and she always welcomed us with a friendly smile and advocated for us with every step.
Dr. Salem was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process with patience and empathy.
Daysy, our coordinator, was extremely helpful anytime I needed something or had a question. She communicated clearly, responded promptly, and always made sure we felt supported during each stage of treatment. From day one, Daysy made us feel like more than just patients -- she treated us like family. Her warmth, attentiveness, and deep knowledge brought such comfort during a time that can be incredibly overwhelming.
In addition, the environment is clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed to ease what can be an emotional journey.
What truly stood out was how personalized everything felt -- we were never just a number. We felt like partners in our care, and that made all the difference. My blood draws and ultrasounds by Jenny were never rushed and handled with care. Thanks to this amazing team as we are incredibly grateful for the care we received.
If you are looking for a clinic that combines expertise with true compassion, this is the place. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone navigating the path to parenthood. A bonus is that parking is free in the structure across the street for 2 hours! That is a plus in a county like Los Angeles! ;)

I am sharing my experience to help others make an informed decision. My wife and I visited this clinic to explore IVF for the first time. We spent a long time discussing the process with the doctor and then went over financials with the secretary. After being assured about costs and given a clear payment plan, we decided to move forward and paid $10,000 upfront.
Unfortunately, after a month of treatment, we saw no results. We then chose to stop the treatment, realizing we couldn’t afford to keep spending with such uncertainty. When we asked for a refund of the remaining balance, we were told we’d receive a credit of $1,490 by check. That was back on August 22, 2024, and since then, not only have we not received the check, but we also received an additional bill for $119.50. The clinic has since stopped responding to our emails and calls.
We feel misled about the financial and insurance aspects, which has been a significant financial and emotional strain. We had high hopes coming into this process, but the lack of transparency and accountability from this clinic has been deeply disappointing. I hope others can take this as a cautionary tale before committing financially here.”

I had my boyfriend go a MONTH AND A HALF AGO! They said the test results would be ready within 4 days. I have called EVERY DAY and left voicemails and so has my doctor's employees. We are trying to start a family and this is so important for us to get and no one cares at all. I'll be coming in to get my money back since I can't even be bothered to get a call back or my results.

Can't someone on the phone be a little nicer? More professional maybe? We had been trying to make an appointment for quite some time now but every time we called the rep on the phone was so rude... Rosie get a new job .. This job don't suit u at all.... You speaks like a thug and sounded quite intimidating for a fertility office. I have not been to your office yet and I'm already having bad feeling about this. And now that I'm Checking your review i guess I'll be cancelling my appointment. If the customer service on the phone sounded shady chances are they are shady.

This place is a disgrace. I left several messages and tried to get a hold of someone on the line and nobody ever replied. I finally just decided to drive over a few days later and see if this place actually existed and found their office. The office manager who received me seemed nice at first. But similar to another person's review, she didn't even have a calendar or some sort of schedule in front of her when she told me the dates that were available to come in for a test... After asking what I needed she insisted she'd given me all the paperwork and the information required to come in...I even wrote it down so I wouldn't forget. However two weeks went by and I never got any call from my doctor or from them about the results. She had said that I'd be contacted and called in to be told of the results...When I called back to ask her what happened or if we needed something else, she had the nerve to blame me for not having followed through with my doctor, that she'd asked me to fax her some form that she needed and that it was the only test result that she hadn't sent out in the last two weeks because of that... that it was basically my fault. Btw! She never said she needed any form in the first place. I'm not sure who's running this place but they really need to train their personnel to be more professional and also to be a lot more organized making appointments and following through with people that come in here to get medical services.

I have been here a few times... and will not return. This is the most unprofessional medical office I have been to. I called several times to try to make an appointment, and was directed to a voicemail in which the messages are not returned (speaking of the Glendale office specifically). I had to physically visit the office to make an appointment, and the lady there is not very helpful. She didn't want to accommodate my schedule as a patient and was literally telling me what appointments she had available from what she could remember...... Come on... get behind a computer and be SURE to give me the correct availability. She seemed very inconvenienced when I asked her to give me some more options. The doctors are not very personable and hurt my partners feelings when we met with them. Have some sympathy!!!
