Called first thing on a chilly Monday morning due to a faulty HVAC system. We suddenly weren't getting any heat. Pac-West owner Vardan arrived within the hour: Examined the HVAC system, discovered the issue, cleaned-up around the area, lowered our pilot flame (which he said was too high) then proceeded to clean-out our 2 filters. He did all that in under 30 minutes and was on his way. Expedient, courteous, professional, fairly priced & a super nice guy. Pac-West is now added to the phone list for all of our A/C-HVAC needs! I have had several great experiences with them and today they went above and beyond. He worked for nearly 4 hours to find the one wire that was shorting out my AC unit. It was a challenging fix and he was kind and friendly as well as being incredibly thorough and patient throughout the job. The price was very reasonable too. Five stars all the way.
