Good selection of clothes and shoes. Big store compared to others Ive been to.

Visited men's shoe department. Derrick was very helpful and patient. The selection isn't as vast as it used to be, however.

Reem in kids shoes was amazing!! She helped me pick out the cutest shoes for my nephews birthday and even wrapped it up cute for him!!

Needs to fix the sewer system. It stinks on the first floor

Shocked. Tried to return an item to men’s store. Wouldn’t let me. Had receipt. Won’t be returning. They should fire whoever is running the men’s department. Extremely rude service. Honestly shocked!

The manger from Charlotte tilbury is very rude and racist. I don’t know how they give jobs to those type of people who have no experience in helping customers

Nordstrom was almost empty! Nordstrom and other stores should know $ 300 for a small cotton shirt that was being made in India, which probably cost about $5 or less in this economy is ridiculous! When do you want to lower your greedy act and think of people who made these clothes and your own people, the people in the United States!
