I've been coming here to see Tom for over 5 years. Great location and very friendly people who work there as well. The body work he does on me is amazing and keeps me coming back. The price is very reasonable for the quality of life it provides me. It truly helps me live with less pain despite having multiple chronic conditions and I've learned a lot of tricks to keep things up between sessions so I appreciate that too. Try myofascial release especially if you have some kind of long term pain or nagging ache! It has greatly improved my quality of life.
I've been seeing Eric. He has a very grounding energy, which is highly valuable in body work. He's kind,gentle but strong, intuitive with his approach to the body, which is also key in this work. He's knowledgable but not a know it all. His openness to continual education is evident. He has definitely been helping me to regain mobility in my body, in places that have been frozen for years. Don't expect a lot of coddling or bed side nurturing talk. He's not that type of practioner. I have suffered from pain my whole life, so I assumed it was normal. I decided to try Myofascial released after my daughter had been treated by Tom for over a year. Tom is very kind and intuitive. I always feel better after my sessions with him. He's is knowledgeable and mindful. I highly recommend this type of treatment for pain.
