We recently had Janssen's clean our carpets, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were able to fit us into their schedule quickly, showed up right on time, and were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process.
What really stood out was how personable and kind the team was. One of the technicians had actually grown up in our neighborhood and knew some of our neighbors, which made the experience feel even more comfortable and personal. I've used Janssen's twice now for marble, quartzite, and tile cleaning and sealing. Ted, and the whole team are great. Punctual, professional and do great work. They really know their stuff. They immediately put on booties before entering your home. I had to change the appointment twice and there was absolutely no attitude, just a cheerful rescheduling. AND they always answer their phone! I plan to use them for upholstery and rugs as needed.
Janssen's was professional, fairly priced, and well worth it. Our house needed to be cleaned after the fire and the floors look amazing! Highly recommend!
