Unreliable and expensive. Their limited hours are even more limited because they close at random times for deliveries. You never can tell when they're actually three during their posted hours.
Prices are roughly double what most retail stores charge. Buy your ice at Costco, Smart & Final, or any other grocery store.

Apparently, it's by appointment only. Wish it said somewhere on this page or on their Yelp page that you need an appointment to get ice. Also, why have store hours and a big sign that says "Open To The Public," if an appointment is required?

Very nice man running the shop. Advised me on the proper way to use dry ice for camping trip: Layer the dry ice in the bottom of cooler, then regular ice above it. Then food. Then more regular ice on top.
