AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If you are on medi-cal and got assigned this PCP, CHANGE IT! This is either a fraudulent medical center or catastrophically mismanaged.
I made an appointment a month ago and showed up on time. When I checked in, they told me my appointment was cancelled at 7:30am but I received no notification. As I complained about it, I received a cancellation text - 5 minutes after my scheduled appointment.
I believe they are running a tax fraud scheme and collecting money based on the number of patients while cancelling as many appointments as possible. The employee parking lot was full, while the patient lot was empty. I asked to be rescheduled and...read full review
I have had WONDERFUL care each time I've come to Glendale Health Center. Recently, I've needed to come for an injury, and ever since the first visit, the front desk attendant was so helpful, my doctor was so knowledgeable and efficient, and the woman doing my intake forms was just as efficient and patient. Even this most recent visit, Martha was so sweet and skilled with taking my blood. Could not have been placed in better care to keep me calm. So, thank you very much to Dr Millan, Mehlina, Shushan, Wendell and Martha. You all are the best and I am so thankful I've been placed in your care.
Absolutely appalled at the level of professionalism this places does NOT have. My appointment was made over a month ago. Got a call yesterday afternoon confirming my 8am appointment. My dive is 30+ mins. I get 3 minutes from the clinic and receive a text saying so sorry my provider won’t be available today. That’s at 7:50am. I walk into the clinic anyway to speak with someone and the woman at the front desk immediately knew my issue as soon as I opened my mouth. I asked is this normal practice and she smirked and shook her head yes. Not only is this inconsiderate practice but they are leaving hundreds of people vulnerable.
