This company was assigned to us through our home warranty service… our a/c had been not working for about 5 days (and it was miserably hot).
A young man (I believe his name was Ed), got up into our attic, and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, quick, and efficient. He explained everything to me very well.
We were very happy with the service.

Was referred to them by First American Home Warranty. Really hard to get a hold of. Called and emailed a few times to schedule service with no response. The few times they picked up the phone I was told they’d need to confirm schedule with technician and they’d get back to me and I’d never hear back. Had to keep calling every other day for 2 weeks before I finally get a confirmed schedule for service. Once you’re able to get someone to come out though they do the job fast

Went through First American Home Warranty. Got an appointment the next day. Nick came out on time. He checked my unit and cleared my clogged lines. He knows his stuff. He's professional and knowledgeable. Fixed the issue. Good to go. Thank you.
