Holly spent so much extra time on my pedicure with care and attention. I have a toenail that is severely damaged from an old injury. Without asking, she carefully shaped it and made everything look great! Also, though I paid for a basic package, she spent a lot of time on massaging my tired feet. Thank you Holly for your time, care, and professionalism!
The place was clean and had a friendly staff. It was nice and quiet, so I was able to close my eyes and just relax. Tina and Monica weee my technicians and they did a fantastic job and were gentle with my nails. The tables on each side of the chair were pretty, but uncomfortable. Thankfully, the technician saw I wasn't comfortable and moved them away and worked around it. I do enjoy massage chairs while getting my nails done and this place didn't have any. So happy they were able to fit me in last minute as well.
I'm going to butcher the spelling but Evelena was so incredibly kind I have to leave a review. I came in to get my nails done for my father funeral services, I chose his favorite color and mine, to celebrate us together. Two of my nails were not perfect at the end of my service and on one of them I regretted the color I chose but I left thinking I could handle the imperfections. Grief is an odd thing and focusing on having things "perfect" is Amy brains way of protecting itself. I came back 20 mins later and asked if I could pay to have them fixed and explained why I was being so annoying. Linda, who did my nails, had already been so so patient while I nitpicked other things like shape and press on extensions and she stayed patient redoing them. Evelena was so kind and understanding and didn't make me feel like a burden at all even though I recognized on any other day I would have let the imperfections go. She refused to let me pay extra and in the end my nails did come out perfect. Linda did a great job and I was overall blown away by everyone's kindness, patience, and care. Thank you so much for helping me "armor" up for what will likely be a painful day. I'll be coming back and tipping well. Can't recommend this place enough!
