I called several times in different days and times and always get the voice message. Left a message, never got a call back. I also sent a message through the website and no response. I also scheduled an appointment online and received an auto-reply email that they would confirm the appointment and off-course, never heard anything back. At this point, I wonder if this place is still in business.
I had a very bad experience here. The doctor that did my botax was very unprofessional. I had plastic surgery on my nose a few months ago and I asked her if it was okay to do botax on my forehead. She said that it was okay to do and that it would not cause any problems with my nose. A few days after she injected the botax, I noticed that the upper part of my nose was swollen up. I heard that my botax was done unprofessionally. If you want to go there, only go for a lazer with Seda. Other than that, this place was very unprofessional. I am very disappointed.
I am not the one who always disappointed of every service,but I tried to book an appointment through your website which is not working for booking an appointment and called maybe 10times, but 2 times when someone answered she didn’t have the nurse’s schedule!!!who does that? And I was told that they will call me back when they get a schedule! No calls from then…you need organized workers or system….
