The staff who answers the phone is extremely rude, she cuts you off, has no answers, justvrakes a message and never puts you through to speak to anyone who can actually help. Rushes you off the phone. They order tests and then you never hear back about the results. Youbhave to call in. I have an MRI July 5th. Called July 23rd because no one got back to me about the results despite being told it would only take a week to get the results. The lady on the phone took a message and tated someone would call me. Fast forward to August 12th, and I had to call again, because I still haven't heard back about my results. Once again the lady is rude, cuts me off, takes my name and tells me she will let them know to call me. However she does not know when that will be. I asked if it's faster to go to the office to get the results, and she says no, they will Call back in the order the messages are received. I reminded her that I've already waited two weeks and asked if I would be put at the top of the pile. She cut me off stating she did not know. Meanwhile I have been trying to get this issue handled since mid-May. Here we are in mid-August and I have been dealing g with extreme pain and no treatment since then. This type of interaction with the phone staff happens all the time . It's very disheartening and extremely frustrating to speak to such rude people . A couple of times when I finally have been able to speak with the doctor in the past I've expressed my concerns regarding my treatment over the phone , the doctor would apologize, but the same people still answer the phone and still treat you the same way. The leaders of that organization have done nothing to address the customer service issues of their staff . The doctors are nice enough , and I have found them pretty helpful. But when it comes to follow through and follow up the service at this office is trash . I would rate this office a zero if it was possible . I definitely recommend steering clear of this office. I will be changing my doctor and no longer interested in being a patient here.

The worst patent service ever, especially the front desk. They don't care about their patient. Most likely they don't have skilled medical workers. I never saw my primary care even though appointment was scheduled with her. Every time I met a nurse practitioner. Place to rip-off your insurance.

This place is terrible! They have the worst customer service, when you call them, the woman speaking Armenian speaks very rudely and she doesn't even listen to your questions and hangs up on you!!
