I had a wonderful experience with Comfort Zone. My AC stopped working and I was able to reach out to them via text message. They responded quickly, had someone come out to diagnose the problem, and had a great technician fix it the next day. They were friendly, efficient, and I’m very thankful to have my AC working again in this heat! Thank you Comfort Zone!

We only used Comfort Zone because this was the company that my home owners insurance picked to service our AC unit. During my first scheduled appointment, the tech was late and I had to inquire about it. My second scheduled appointment was postponed to the next day because the tech missed his window. They did try and come later the same day but I had already changed my schedule around to accommodate the companies schedule and needed to leave for another commitment. Nonetheless, when the job was done, it was done pretty quickly. I don't believe I'll be using Comfort Zone again in the future.
