The only HVAC contractor I trust. Sasoun and his team have now done several projects for me, including full re ducting and 2 mini split installs. He also just correctly diagnosed and quickly fixed a wiring issue with my hvac that the warranty company incorrectly diagnosed. His prices are fair and reasonable and he does exceptional work and is also a pleasure to work with. When it was very hot he went out of his way to get our reducting project done in one day instead of 2-3 that it normally would take by hiring a larger crew, without charging me more for that. He is quite literally the only hvac contractor I will ever call to work on my properties. The best!!
Our heater wasn't working, nest and the furnace were giving up and malfunctioning, our house dipped to 60 degrees and we have three little ones at home. I was desperate on a Saturday! Sasoun (on his day off) took the time to come and help us out! He's a dad of two and understands what it means to go above and beyond for the little human beings that are counting on you to provide a warm, cozy home. Customer service: just wow! Sasoun has helped me out thrice with different problems at two locations. His work, knowledge, troubleshooting, and even hunches are all very reliable and have helped me get systems back online for the lowest cost every time. Highly recommended, it's great to have a skilled technician's number in your phone and Calstar heating is the only one you need for HVAC.
