I had an excellent experience working with Raffi at Brady’s Mercedes Service. From the moment I arrived, Raffi was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me. He took the time to clearly explain what my car needed, answered all of my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt confident about the service being done.
What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything was handled efficiently. It’s not always easy to find someone you trust with your car, but Raffi definitely earned that trust.
Raffi knows his cars inside out. Walked in once after driving by to see if he could take care of my E55 wagon and after talking to him for just a short few minutes I knew this was the guy to trust! Incredibly reasonable rates, didn't try to talk me into anything or upsell. I won't be trusting anybody else with my car from now on! I HIGHLY recommend this place.

Raffi is single handily the best mechanic in SoCal ... not only is he knowledgeable but the man was made to work on cars ... he's not you're typical mechanic that just get the job done .. he is insanely meticulous.. if you have any older benz or bmw f it any car ... raffi will fix it right. He is a God if mechanical work ... if you want to modify your car .. RAFFI... if you need suspension work 100% Raffi ... anything you name it .. RAFFI ... he is the fucking best .. I'll put all my money on raffi over any mechanic out there ... I'm almost 99.9% sure he can do better work on a rotary then his neighbor that specializes in them ... I'm telling... read full review
