Armen was amazing! From the first moment I met him he took care of me and addressed my needs! I had a 45-year old family heirloom tapestry that was tattered and unraveling! He repaired it and framed it to perfection! Working with him was so easy and we had open communication where he sets up the expectations for time and quality of work. Arman and Bijan Top Rugs HOOKED IT UP when restoring my boss' Brian Clarke Rug. They not only gave a very fair price, but did an excellent job paying attention to detail and preserving the intricate patterning on the rug while also completely eliminating any stains and maintaining a very deep and even color. Absolutely stellar job.
