Very friendly, and awesome customer service! Took a jacket to get cleaned, and then shoulder pads taken out, he did an amazing job! Definitely coming back here if I have any leather-related needs! ?? You can tell he really cares about what he does!

The owner, Job, is THE BEST! I always took my shoes, boots, belts to Job. I moved to Boise 3 years ago and miss his expertise! I just visited the Gilroy area and brought my shoes to him. Would never go anywhere else!!

I broke a strap on my Louis Vuitton crossbody. I have had it for decades, and honestly, I was emotionally attached to it. Usually I take it to a Louis Vuitton shop where they assess if the fix is worth the cost for the condition of the bag, and if so, it takes a couple of months for the repair. Granted, the repair is flawless; however, I thought I just needed a basic sewing on of the strap - it didn't need to be perfect. I took it to Wes's Shoe Repair. The price and turnaround time were inexpensive and fast. I was so happy with the repair, I also took in my Louis Vuitton backpack because the zipper stopped working. Wes knew immediately the zipper pull needed replacing....read full review
