I really liked this Ulta branch. All the workers were super nice and helpful, and they actually guided me to where I needed to go. They even shared their favorite scents with me, which was really cool. They didn’t mind me taking pictures or filming for my review either, which I appreciated. I went there to buy the new Squishmallow perfume set for my fiancée, and they even gave me a free gift with it. The store itself is pretty big, with a great selection of fragrances for both men and women. I was surprised they had all the ones I was looking for. I’ll definitely come back next time to grab something for myself.
Came immediately here from Sally Beauty on Camino Arroyo. They were efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. No one was too busy having conversations with friends to help me like I experienced at Sally Beauty. Thank you!
Best Ulta store in Silicon valley!! Employees are very professional and friendly . Cinthia was the best, patient, and very knowledgeable about the products, gave me a lot of tips about make up. She took her time to explain me regarding lipsticks, eyeshadow, and blushes. Very outstanding service! 😀
