There are so many reputable places, why take a chance and have your skin in worse shape than when you went in.I went in for a few brown spots on my neck, chest and hands and came out with burns and blisters on my hands, chest and arms. I prepaid for a series of 6 micro-dermabrasion treatments, and another series of 6 for my husband. *They double book customers frequently (2 times with me) *I drive 1/2 an hour to Nova for appointments and was stood up twice. Alyssa never called, emailed or text to cancel. I showed up and the office was closed. She will offer you free services for her unprofessionalism, but she never showed up for that either. What a joke. She never even called to rebook my appointment. I took me two weeks to actually get a hold of her. It was frustrating because I prepaid for the services.
