I spoke to 5 property managers and companies before calling South Valley Property Management. I was underwhelmed with all until today. In defense of all property management businesses, there should be a separate category to review for tenants to review and then another for clients to review. I inquired to help a friend find the best property manager available for he & his wife to entrust their home with while they move out of area. I certainly would not want to take on the huge task, responsibility, liability to be the person that everyone either brings their negative issues to or receives news to pay on time and/or penalties or eventually evictions. I have rented from SVPM (Carolyn and Sue) for many many many years. Hands down the best property management company I have ever had. Their office handles everything promptly and professionally. Highly recommended in my books for sure!!!

We recently switched to South Valley Property Management after 10 plus years with a different company. So far Carolyn has been amazing. She responds to all calls and emails and has done everything she has said she will do. Our other company was slow and didnt seem to care much. I will update this review after more time has gone by but so far our association is very happy with the level of care and professionalism.
