“I hired Mr. Peabody to come out and install More Anti-Etch on my Terrazzo countertops. I was very concerned about possible discoloration and Terry developed several different samples with and without primer to help me decide. Once I had made the decision Terry quickly moved forward and completed the job. His staff was extraordinary - they left the job site clean everyday and the work came out excellent. What really impressed my was 4 weeks later when the More Anti-Etch began to display some flaking characteristics. Upon further review we discovered that (due to the manufacturer's advice) two coats of primer had been installed and not one. Terry, at his expense even though it was not his fault, had the guys come out and redo ALL of the stone. This to me is a true measure of a sub-contractors value. Many will come out and perform the work but getting them to come back for repairs (particularly warranty issues) can often be challenging. Not with Terry & Mr. Peabody. They impressed me through and through and I will most certainly be back with another project.“
