My AC broke down in the middle of a heatwave and I was sweating like a rotisserie chicken at Costco. Brent showed up faster than I can find the remote when Netflix asks, ‘Are you still watching?’

Not only did he fix the AC, but he also managed to restore my will to live. Brent was polite, professional, and didn’t even judge me for fanning myself with a pizza box. Now my house is so cool, penguins are asking if they can sublet the guest room.
