“UPDATEDMarch 27 2023I had to update my rating after my conversation with Heather. I told her I been experiencing burning in my eye and asked her about the process. She wasn't very informative but the droplets she was using when putting on my eyelids was clove eye-drops. I did get to tell her that eyes should be closed when applying eyelashes but she said they should be opened. She also mentioned that I might be allergic to the glue. My eyes have been feeling better. I plan on continuing my nail care here but I am not very sure about having my eyelashes done here. My eyelashes and nails do look great and I love them.March 26 2023Today's rating is a one star for a very big reason but first I would like to give credit to where credit is deserved. I have been making appointments with Heather and everything regarding nails has gone smoothly. Her nail work is very valuable and if it wasn't because of what happened today I would have given this updated rating a five star. However, today I decided to get eyelash extensions. Heather worked on my eyelashes but made many mistakes that I am beginning to question her professionalism and knowledge. Today I was seated near the station where they apply eyelashes. Heather instructed me to keep my neck extended, upper eyelid up as much as possible and eyes down. It felt very uncomfortable. Her instruction should have been keep neck extended and shut your eyes. If it was a communication problem on her part she should have instructed to close my eyes before beginning. While applying each eyelid extension she would apply droplets into my eyelash but it would also reach my eye. I didn't pay much attention because I thought she knew what she was doing. My eyelashes did turn out great but her process was terrible. I didn't realize this after experiencing chemical burn in my eyes. I did some research and eyes should remain shut during the entire time during this service.Service: Eyelash extensions“

“Welll, I've had problematic toe nails most of my life. I had just accepted it as a way of life. I would get pedicures once a month to keep my feet presentable but, never anything as thorough as the service Tina provided. From the moment you sit down you can tell that this a boutique service. The price let's you know it's boutique as well. I was the only customer in the salon and had her undivided attention. That day I had my daughter with me and Tina was extremely nice to her, which meant a lot to me. If you want real results then you have to spend a few bucks. Kind of the hard reality of life. I have implemented some of the post care steps she provided and have seen some positive results. Looking forward to my next session!“
