Stive is a great industry leader. He has deep knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC. He recently helped a setup my home with a Nest 4th generation, did my annual maintenance and setup my rental property with the right HVAC machines.
I've worked with Barrera multiple times since purchasing my current home six years ago, including converting my HVAC to a dual zone system, replacing most of my duct work, and installing a new A/C condenser and evaporator coil a few months ago.
