These people are irresponsible and a waste of time. Very unprofessional. Did not call back until almost a week later. All in all after hearing from them, they said that they did not work on window air conditioners, knowingly that this was disclosed (window air conditioner) during my first contact with them!

Bad Business Same Bad Reviews. Research His Old Business Name. "Ray's Heating and Air Condition Service". Bad Reviews as well as a mention on the Better Business Bureau Website. You Can Change Your Name, but you cannot hide from your History Of poor Service. After Paying Ray more than $2000.00 For My New Heating and Air Conditioning System It Never Worked right. Call after call to get it Fixed was ignored. I ended up paying someone else additional money to correct the problem. What good is a warranty If Ray's Company does not honor it! This service is great, great quote, work was done in a timely manner ,didn't bother me notified me when the work was done and explained the work and was very informative, so far everything works great. Thank you!
