I just came to the urgent care with my boyfriend and we were checked in and he got his vitals checked right away, he saw the doctor within about 5 minutes. We were taken to the back trailer because they were anticipating a big crowd. Anthony RN was so friendly and so efficient. Doctor Irene Sung had such a great bedside manner. She was able to examine him quickly and she gave us so much info and reworded it to make sure that we understood what the plan was. They even got him an earlier appointment with his PCP! I brought chargers and drinks expecting to be here a few hours, but we were in and out in about 30 minutes! Absolutely fantastic. Thank you so much Kaiser!
Yesterday, I had to visit urgent care, and from check-in to check-out the entire process took about 1 hour and 30 minutes—which I think is extremely reasonable for urgent care.
The front desk staff, especially the lady with colored eyes (I didn’t catch her name), was very attentive. My nurses were also kind and efficient when taking my vitals.
Dr. Perez asked about my symptoms, but having worked in the medical field for 15 years, I knew right away it was a sinus infection. Had to take child to urgent care since no available appointment for MD, everything was smooth and fast from check in to procedure, diagnosis and RX dispense. Super efficient staff. It’s also clean and parking was not too terrible for a Friday afternoon.
