I went to Urgent Care at roughly 8:20-30 PM. Closing time is 9 PM. My daughter was in terrible pain from being kicked at school in her tailbone area. Dr. V.H. Perez and Nurse J.M. Rivera were WONDERFUL!!! They were both friendly and professional. Keep in mind they've worked ALL day and yet met us with a smile! My daughter was hesitant to put a gown on. Nurse Rivera put her mind at ease. Dr. Perez was COMPLETELY engaged, present and empathetic towards my daughter. Again it's like closing time! He didn't rush the exam because he wanted to go home. He was thorough and answered all questions and concerns. The NEXT day he followed up on how she was feeling and made an additional follow up phone appointment for a few days after that! Thank you Dr. Perez and Nurse Rivera!!! You 2 are FANTASTIC at what you do!!!

First day coming here for the year , I had to get my blood work done and everything was smooth with checking in and waiting. The phlebotomist that withdrew my blood was really nice/sweet and maybe one of the best I've had to take my blood of the years I've been doing it !

My wife urgently sought care for the flu and fainted at the register. The staff, nurse, and doctor were incredibly helpful. Their genuine concern for the patient, especially Sally, Dr. Stephanie, and a Vietnamese nurse (possibly Trang), is highly appreciated. Despite the initial wait, the kindness of the staff, nurses, and doctors has convinced us to stick with Kaiser for future healthcare needs.
