I was blessed yesterday with a dermatology appointment with Paula Moreno and her nurse Michelle!!! Their team provides a very positive image for Kaiser!! Ms Moreno provides a very relaxing approach with a patient which decreases any potential stress for a patient during a medical procedure! She possesses a personal and a very professional approach with clients! As she did yesterday when she removed a large painful growth from my lower right leg which resulted in a painless procedure! Thank you Kaiser and Paula and Michelle !! I also want to thank Kaiser for providing my personal physician, DR Wolfe, who has kept me healthy and possibly alive for the past 15 to 20 years!!! I have enjoyed the services that Kaiser provides for 64 years !!!
Today, I am on here to give a review of Michelle Lu. I always love to make sure I give a compliment to anybody who I see goes above and beyond, especially at a place that is super busy and overworked with the amount of customers they get they on a daily basis. I wanted to write this compliment for her because the last visit I was there she went above and beyond her job. She also greeted me with the wonderful Small and hello and made me feel seen and cared for. She assisted me with also making me aware of discounts with my medication's by mail. She is a wonderful, hard worker and I hope she knows how wonderful she really is.
Went to the Urgent care, went to the receptionist and told me I was checked in and all set. Waited for thirty minutes, went back to the receptionist, just to find out I wasn't actually checked in. Once I was seen, they did something completely different than what I was told on the phone.
