I had a great experience with Jordan Roof. They are honest and professional. They did an amazing job replacing my roof in LA. They were quite busy so my job was scheduled 2 months out because it was not urgent. What I appreciated is their work ethics. They had a full crew working on my house from start to finish. They replaced my shingles roof in less than 2 weeks! The workers were on time and courteous. I will not use another roofing company as long as I live in SoCal!

I called Jordan Roof Company to follow up on a suspected leak at my Dad's home. I spoke with Bill. They went out and did a same day inspection, thoroughly checked for leaks and reported back what they found. Fortunately, there was no current leak--just prior leak damage. I really appreciated the effort that was made and the clear communication. I will definitely call them the next time I need roof work done.Service: Roof inspection

Excellent communication from the first meeting to look at the roof, through establishing the contract, scheduling, and completing the work. There was unexpected additional action required at the end of the project and, Rene, the Superintendent, followed up and had that completed ASAP. I also want to comment that the roof replacement was done on my parents' home in S.Calif. I live in the Seattle area. I had hoped to be there during the roof replacement but the timing was such that I could not be.
