We hired HD Roofs to replace the existing roof on a 4 unit Apt., Ace met with us to discuss the estimate and we agreed on a start date. Immediately after starting work they found major termite damage. Ace and I met to see the damage and it was extensive we discuss how to proceed and I authorized Ace to repair as necessary. Ace kept me updated by sending pictures of the Termite damage which was so extensive that a whole 2 story wall had to have the outside of the wall removed and repaired, Ace and I picked a sub-contractor to do the framing and stucco replacement. Ace kept the interior damage to a minimum so I did not need to have my tenants move out which was a big help...read full review

My roof had a patch of missing shingles. Other companies refused to take the job, but HD Roofs responded quickly, did a phenomenal job, and at a very reasonable price. I was impressed by their honesty and professionalism.

I had bought a 1966 Mobile Home in 2019 in HB. The mobile home was complete remodel inside. Still working the exterior and electrical. With that being said, the roof was in horrible condition!! We were getting leaks etc and prying for no rain. Since we have a mobile home, our choices of looking for a roof repair company was limited, due to State of Cal lic permits.In Oct of 2020, I came across HD Roofs, Inc. To me, they looked like a repitable company. Hoping for the best, the quality and experience will meet that expectation! I cannot say enough about HD Roofs, Inc. First of all, they accepted us, as a Mobile Home! We ended up having to reconstruct and insulate the roof....read full review
