My heater has problem not starting. Chris came early than I expected. Chris fixed detect the issue and fixed it quickly. The price is very very reasonable. I am very thankful. Great doing business with an honest and capable person.
Excellent service visit by Zach from Tokay this morning. He was polite, called to let me know he was on his way, was on-time, put his shoe covers on before entering, let me know what he'd be doing in clear, informative way, debriefed afterwards, asked if questions and actively listened.
Shout out to customer service representative Catherine as well. All the same polite, helpful qualities.
