I sought out Jan based on her impressive Yelp and MassageBook ratings, and she did an excellent job. Prior to our session, I provided information about my sore and tense areas through an online form on MassageBook. Upon our meeting, we discussed these areas briefly before commencing a 1 hour deep tissue massage + reflexology session.As someone who maintains an active lifestyle with frequent workouts and long hours at a computer desk, I have a preference for deep and firm massages, especially in the areas that feel "knotted". Jan is fantastic! Best massage I’ve had in a long time. She customizes the massage to your needs and finds out ahead of time what your problem areas are. She has a methodical approach and you can tell she is well trained and experienced. She was flexible with my booking time. Highly recommend and I’ll be back!
