Elbert is a deep healer. He works with the body and knows how to release areas in order to get it to flow in the way it’s supposed to. He dedicates 100% of his energy and has a deep power yet calmness that translates into the way he is able to heal the body. Bert is an expert in targeted sports massage. His approach is methodical and responsive to what is needed. I’m a long distance runner and have been coming to his practice over the course of months for primarily a hamstring injury. He focuses on my main injury but also works the supporting muscle groups, because of course everything is connected.
