Naichez is absolutely amazing! I came in with so much tension in my shoulders and back, and a shoulder injury and he has worked his magic. He really understands the body and knows exactly how to release tight muscles and also knows when you haven’t been stretching. I always leave feeling lighter, looser and completely refreshed and relaxed.
