I live in an older home that the pipes are a constant problem. Roto Rooter has always had awesome technicians that fully explain the issues and my options. Today i needed them to snake the clean out from my kitchen sink. They found roots and explained all options. They have also redone my main sewer line and repaired a burst pipe (working with my insurance!) at other times. I can’t say enough positive things about them.
Marcos was fantastic. We had blockage is our sewer line. He was able to identify the blockage area and cleaned the line out for us and got us back on track quickly Thank you so much!
The dude that came out was on time, super helpful but unfortunately the work required was far too much on my income. He explained every issue and was very knowledgeable about all issues.
