I have used Purdy Plumbing several times over the years for different jobs. They are great, especially if it is an emergency. We had an emergency with our hot water heater and they rescued us! They have also done simple jobs, like installing a disposal. Ryan recently came and fixed whatever was making our dishes stink after going through the dishwasher. He inspected everything and scrubbed even small pieces clean! He stayed long after his shift was over! And cleaned up afterwards. As with the other reviews, I agree, Nicole is amazing! Had Ryan out last week for a drain back-up. He was very thorough and detailed in his explanations, including walking me through what he was seeing on the scope-cam, and offering the options with no 'sales' pressure. Overall a very great service experience, for a reasonable cost. And the scheduling/coordination with Nichole in advance of his visit was very smooth. A+++
This review is for Nicole who handles customers calls and Ryan. Nicole sounds very friendly and usually replies to customers right away via phone call, vm, or text. Once I get on the phone with her I know my message is conveyed to the plumber. Ryan arrives a bit late BUT he worked overtime to fix the leak we had in the bathroom. He did his assessment then drew out the plan for us. His explanation is thorough and easy to understand. I think his quote is also fair. We had additional issues with the kitchen sink and he was able to address them all on the same day without extra charges.
