Doctors and nurses are awesome — they truly care about their patients. However, the billing department is not ethical. They repeatedly use the wrong billing codes, which caused me to be charged for preventive care that should have been fully covered. I’ve already paid for the claim, but later found out from my doctor that my mammogram was a preventive care service — meaning I shouldn’t have paid anything. This kind of mistake shows a serious lack of attention and accountability from the billing department.

Please read my review if you love your loved ones. My fiancee and my love for 24 years was brought here in 2021 she had COVID. She came to this hospital just like many did and she left just like many did. She passed away here with a collapsed lung she had pneumonia and she had bruising all over her body. She would message me to get her out of here and sometimes I would get messages that didn't make sense at all. This hospital would not let her go and did these horrible things to her. She passed away alone and with none of her loved ones around her. She was very loved and I want this hospital to own up to her death which they took from us. I have a huge whole in my heart which can never be filled again. So please don't bring any loved ones here under any circumstances, drive the extra distance and go to another one. She was 40 years old.

Ngo,Andrew provider (MD) was really patient and understanding, he showed he was caring during my visit. He listened and was knowledgeable.

Took time off for this appointment and the provider (Samantha) called off last minute. I get things happen but they should have had another provider cover her appointments. Mine was hard to get because I was sent all over the place by providence unnecessarily before finally securing this appointment... which again, I took time off for and bundled with a bunch of other appointments because I can't take time off alot. So if you want an organization that sends you to a bunch of unnecessary appointments before getting you to the right place and doctors who disrespect your time and call off their appointments last minute then this is the place. I also asked for management and according to the employee there's no one to speak to, no number available to call .... Just a vague, I'll have someone call you back sometime, can't tell you when or any other details... Just a someday

Clean, organized, and great care from staff. Just make sure you make an appointment for labwork ahead of time if you need to get blood work!

It used to be St. Jude but now I’m guessing Providence took over 1 or 2 years ago since the sign on the building is Providence now. However it is Providence St. Jude now.
Always come in for my wellness check up. No issues. Clean building.
This building has a lot of different offices.
I go to Suite 200. In that suite, it is very big with plenty of seating area. However there are no drinking water in the waiting area. So bring your own water bottle.
Only thing is if your appointment is at a certain time, they make you come 15 min earlier to check in.
Also, your appointment time isn’t exactly when they call you. You’re going to still be waiting longer for them to call you. And then you’re gonna wait more time for the doctor to see you.
Restrooms out the office around the corner.

Plenty of patient parking. Clean building/office. There are different departments in this building. Lots of patient seating area in Suite 200. Easy to check-in. Have to check in 15 min before appointment. And then wait 10-15 min after your appointment is when they call you. While the assistant takes your weight and do the health history questionnaire, you have to wait more time for the doctor to come in your room. Appointment at 11:40, came there 11:15, they called me 11:55 and then waited for doctor in the room for around 12:15. Bring your own water bottle; they don't have water fountains or water for patients to drink while you wait. They don't have walk ins for lab anymore. I fasted cuz I wanted to do lab after doctors appt. Have to be appointment only now. St. Jude providence sold their lab to LabCorp.

It is difficult to get appointments. My husband had a stomach bacteria and they did not gave him any medication. The bacteria grew so much they now he developed Guillen Barry syndrome now he is paralice . And still u have hart time getting the right attention. I will sue this organization for lock of professionalism

Just tested positive for Covid and the soonest they can do a virtual visit is a week from today!! Many complex medical issues and that's the soonest they can make a phone call. UNACCEPTABLE Also called in January for a well woman appointment, the soonest available was July. Providence is only in it for the money, they don't care about patients
