We had a great experience with this company. I was having issues with my tankless water heater not producing hot water. We initially had another company come out that was on the list from the manufacturer. I felt very uneasy about the technician being on the phone with the manufacturer the whole time. I wasn't pleased with that because it seemed like he had no idea what he was doing. He came out the next day and was again on the phone being dictated step by step. We decided to call another local company and I'm so glad we did. I called for a quote and I'm almost positive I spoke with the owner. My elderly mother's water heater went out on a weekday morning. Within a few hours, Richard showed up. Very good job. Removed the old unit, cleaned, installed the new unit. In a very short time it was installed and everything was up and running. Would highly recommend Pipeline and particularly Richard Shaw.

Had another company come and check out my tankless water heater and they quoted 6 grand to get a new one installed. Thankfully, I called Sparky's for a second a opinion because it was less than 300 and my problem was fixed! The technician was on time and polite. I would absolutely use them again!
