I have been going to Orange County Acupuncture and Herbs for several months for treatment of myofascial pain and the physical trauma of decades of stress. Lori takes her time and listens compassionately at each session. She explains the purposes of each of her treatments, and adapts quickly to match a treatment style to my particular needs at each session - with needling, deep tissue massage pinpointing tough areas, heat lamps, and customized herbal tea blends. I highly recommend her!
I found i had two severely herniated discs in October 2023. My dr recommended surgery or acupuncture/ physical therapy. I chose acupuncture and physical therapy. The acupuncturist here was very thorough with her assessment and made sure she explained her process throughout. She used multiple methods and not just acupuncture to relieve my pain. I've been going to her regularly (initially weekly but then tapered down) since then and am happy to report the pain has completely gone away. I felt relief even after that first appt and could definitely feel the difference in pain level with every visit.
