I found the staff to be friendly and helpful especially Austin. He went above and beyond to help us find all the plots we were looking for. He personally escorted us to each one to make sure we found all of them. Thank you, you were so polite and patient on a very hot day.
We just tragically lost our 80 year old grandfather, my family has been using Loma Vista since it's opening. I can not say enough of how impressed we were with the staff. The service could not have been more beautiful. We also used Loma Vista for his burial, which was also done in a timely fashion. The pastor that they suggested was hood. To Loma Vista we can not say thank you enough. Place is wide and clean, very well kept.
Al took my call the morning after I lost my wife. Al could not have been any more sympathetic and he made me feel like my wife and I were family members of Loma Vista. Al reassured me that my wife would be under their care and protection within hours (and she was). Al took care of everything and made sure things were handled just as I wanted. I thank God that he led me to Al thay morning, I will never forget Al and Loma Vista cemetery.
