They are nice when you first go in there and you have to bury your loved one. But honestly when I inquired about the headstone they were rather rude and told me just go online and do it there. I’m not technology illiterate it’s just something that I believe should be done there.
We just tragically lost our 80 year old grandfather, my family has been using Loma Vista since it's opening. I can not say enough of how impressed we were with the staff. The service could not have been more beautiful. We also used Loma Vista for his burial, which was also done in a timely fashion. The pastor that they suggested was hood. To Loma Vista we can not say thank you enough. Place is wide and clean, very well kept.
My Mother and Father have been at Loma Vista for the last 6 years. When my 18 son died, my husband and i wanted him to be near my parents. We made the initial call, which was so difficult, but we were immediately made more at ease by the compassionate person who answered the phone. We feel very lucky that we got to work with Justin Britt. He was always kind and understanding and was a very good guide for us through the whole process. I felt like I could trust him; that he would take good care of our sweet boy as we were preparing for his burial. Justin was there the morning of the graveside service to make sure everything went smoothly. He Helped make a very difficult time easier and we will be forever grateful to him. The memorial park itself is very beautiful! I am so happy that my parents and son are buried close together at this beautiful place.
