She is super transparent about everything. She spent 15+ min consulting based on the picture I brought. Before getting started, she confirmed the price, what would actually be achievable with my hair length/texture, what would best suit my facial features/personal style, how I would need to style myself everyday to get the look I want, longer term growth & follow up. She is SO thorough and really listens to you and works with you to ensure you leave with the hair you want.
