Franco is the best when it comes to handling kids, and his patience is beyond measure! My son had such a hard time coming into a shop to get his hair cut. Let's just say it was nearly impossible to even get him through the door. This is our second visit, the first time he had to sit on my lap and it took a while for him to get comfortable. The second trip (this time)... What do you know... he's sitting all by himself on the chair!!!!... We brought his ipad to distract him, but it died.And Franko was nice enough to let him borrow his personal phone during his cut! I'm so impressed by his professionalism and kindness.
